Called when he was on the way, showed up on time, explained services and prices, no pressure, completed work in estimated time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Did vent cleaning required for buyer repair addendum. Will definitely have them service when we move!

Yahel runs a great business. He & his team are punctual, highly communicative, and always go beyond the stated service to get to the root of an issue. He explains future recommendations for our air system to avoid mold, for e.g what temperature in the south carolina heat and humidity is the correct range to set your thermostat to avoid mold in an infrequently used area of the house. So helpful! I would recommend Emerald for anyone seeking their services. We are on an annual subscription with preventive maintenance visits. Worth every penny.

If i could give 10 stars I would! Yahel and his worker from Emerald Home Solutions were AMAZING! Showed up about 2 hours after I called, and cleaned my dryer vent. Not only did they put on shoe coverings when they entered my house, they asked if I had a rake so they could clean up the lint that was on my grass from what came out of the vent. Professional, extremely pleasant, kind and courteous. Yahel explained everything to me as it was happening. I would recommend Yahel and his company a thousand times over! Thank you for your prompt and amazing service.
